Trevor Phillips

Trevor Phillips is a writer and television producer. He is the co-founder of the diversity analytics research company Webber Phillips; Co-Chairman of the US- based business leaders think-thank, the Center for Talent Innovation; Chair of Green Park Executive Recruitment Analytics ; and President of the John Lewis Partnership Council.

He was the founding chair of the Equality and Human Rights Commission.

He is a director of the Barbican Arts Centre, a Vice-President of the Royal Television Society and Chair of the Workers Educational Association.
